- Scheduling, itineraries, timelines, checklists
- Assistance with theme and design ideas
- Ceremony planning, site selection, décor, management and coordination
- Reception planning, venue selection, décor, management and coordination
- Manage all communications with vendors on behalf of the client
- Lodging and activities for guests
- Delivery of welcome gifts to guests upon arrival
- Arrange for transportation/parking
- Invitation management including ordering/selection, RSVP tracking, and thank you notes
- Flower and decoration management and selection support
- Wedding cake and food tasting arrangements
- Management and assistance with catering, cake and beverage selections
- Coordination and management of photographer and/or videographer
- Have a list of reliable service providers for client to choose from
- Set up appointments and helping to select service providers
- Music and entertainment management
- Assist in selection of wedding party attire
- Make sure ceremony and reception run smoothly
- Etiquette advisement
- Arrange for all rental items (linens, tents, chairs, tuxedos, etc.)
- Rehearsal dinner arrangements
- Assistance with honeymoon planning
- Unlimited phone and email support
- Regular progress reports and updates

Wedding Day Coordination Plus Planning is $900Wedding Day Coordination
Includes up to 3 hours of advanced planning/preparation.
- First meeting with couple to determine wedding day needs
- Tie up loose ends and confirm vendors
- Create and distribute wedding day timeline
- Advise on last minute details and etiquette
- Attendance and assistance at rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Management and coordination with vendors on wedding day.
- Hand out final payments from client to vendors on wedding day, if needed
- Assist in set-up and decorating of ceremony and reception sites, if needed
- 10 hours of wedding day coordination and 2 hours of rehearsal coordination included
Wedding Day Coordination is $550Hourly Consulting and Assistance
Hourly planning and coordination of any aspect of your wedding is available at a rate of $45/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
